How Boriphat Came to Be
Boriphat was established in Khon Kaen after its founder noticed a recurring difficulty: people approaching or past retirement age were struggling to navigate the pension system alone. Forms were complex, offices sometimes slow to respond, and the language used in official correspondence left many feeling uncertain about where they stood.
The practice was set up to address precisely that gap — offering clear, measured legal support that does not rush, does not overwhelm, and does not treat a pension matter as just another file to process. Each person who comes to us brings a particular history, and we work to understand it before offering any view.
Over the years, the team has developed a detailed working knowledge of Thailand's pension and social security frameworks, the relevant administrative procedures, and the practical steps that move cases forward without unnecessary friction. We work in English and Thai, and we are comfortable taking the time that each situation calls for.
Our office in Nai Mueang is a place where you are welcome to sit, ask questions, and leave with a clearer sense of your options. Nothing here is pressured, and no enquiry is too small.

Pension Legal Knowledge in Khon Kaen
Thailand's pension and social security framework involves several overlapping systems: the Social Security Fund for employed persons, the Old Age Allowance scheme for the elderly, and various state pension arrangements for public servants. Understanding which system applies to your circumstances — and what your entitlements are within it — requires careful review of your employment records, contribution history, and the applicable regulations at the time.
Boriphat has developed practical experience working within these systems on behalf of individuals in Khon Kaen and the surrounding Northeastern region. We are familiar with the documents typically required by the Social Security Office, the timelines that apply to appeals and reviews, and the ways in which a well-prepared submission can assist a straightforward resolution.
If your pension has been delayed, underpaid, or declined, there are formal processes available to you. We help clients understand those processes clearly and, where appropriate, represent their interests through them.
